<p>Today was Apple's annual shareholder meeting, held at the Steve Jobs Theatre on the Apple Park campus. As a result, today's podcast covers just one topic -- the shareholder meeting, the agenda of the meeting, and comments made by shareholders and the Apple executives during the meeting. </p>

<p>LED light strips are nothing new; Philips has had them in its lineup of Hue lighting products for several years. But up until this time, LED light strips have been rather pricy — the Hue strip starts at $90 — and have often been incompatible with Apple’s HomeKit home automation framework. <p>Apple's AirPower charger isn't here yet, but promises -- at a cost of $199 -- to give owners of the iPhone 8/8 Plus/X, Apple Watch, and (with a special case) AirPods a way to wirelessly charge their mobile Apple gear. <strong><a target="_blank" href="https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/plux-charge-your-new-apple-devices-simultaneously#/" rel="noopener noreferrer">Plux</a></strong> has an Indiegogo campaign currently running that plans to beat Apple's charger with more features and a much lower price point.</p>

<p>Steve is back to recording the podcast after a week-long hiatus due to a death in the family. <p>Just when we thought we had seen the last of the Apple Park drone flights, pilot <a target="_blank" href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrNk0Ymg6JeagiMSNAiBglg" rel="noopener noreferrer">Matthew Roberts</a> is back with another video showing several more completed structures and the latest progress on landscaping at the new Apple headquarters.</p>

<p>One of the best games to come out over the past few years was <a target="_blank" href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/altos-adventure/id950812012?mt=8" rel="noopener noreferrer">Alto's Adventure</a>, a beautiful and ethereal side-scroller in which you guide Alto -- a young snowboarder -- through an increasingly difficult set of jumps over obstacles, catching llamas along the way... It sounds odd, but it is honestly one of the most playable games I've ever downloaded. Developer Ryan Cash let us know today that the long-awaited sequel to Alto's Adventure -- <strong><a target="_blank" href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/story/id1342204830" rel="noopener noreferrer">Alto's Odyssey</a></strong> -- will be available on Thursday, February 22nd, 2018. </p>
