Yesterday morning, we saw Apple make a lot of announcements that have far-reaching implications for universal accessibility. <p>Shortly after wrapping up its Monday press event, Apple publoshed the first two official videos showcasing the company's new 12-inch MacBook notebook. The two videos, available now on YouTube, were shown during the company's Spring Forward event on Monday.</p>

<p>Apple today held its March 2015 press event and used the occasion to unveil a new MacBook model and confirmed the launch details for the Apple Watch. The company also introduced the medical-oriented ResearchKit and announced a partnership with HBO that brings the HBO Now streaming service exclusively to the Apple TV. <p><span>My first thought today when I saw the new MacBook was "damn, that's thin!" The second was some fleeting thought about how nice the Space Gray version looked, and the third thought was about the speed of the new laptop. I did a little search around for information on the Intel Core M SoC (System on a Chip) used in the new device and it actually looks pretty good despite the slow clock speed. Remember, it's not all about clock speed...</span></p>
