<p>Say what you want about United Airlines, which has become the whipping boy of the airline industry since a recent incident where a passenger was injured while being forcibly removed from an overbooked flight. The airline's MileagePlus rewards program has been popular for quite some time, and a lot of frequent business fliers have a lot of miles built up that they can exchange for flights, upgrades and merchandise.
