Just remember that beta software, so proceed with care.</p>

<p class="">Apple has filed for a patent (number 20200396324) that hints that an iPhone will need to be tethered to “Apple Glasses” for the augmented reality/virtual reality head-mounted display (HMD) to work, at least in some situations.</p>

<p class="">Apple — which is Cork, Ireland’s main private employers with 6,000 employees — is in the hunt for “a significant new office presence in the city’s docklands, one capable of holding up to 1,000 staff,” according to the <a href="https://www.irishexaminer.com/property/commercial/arid-40191798.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Irish Examiner</a>.</p>

<p class="">Apple has released <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jVuOheTNGQ" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a trailer</a> for the upcoming Apple TV+ series, “Palmer.” The film will debut on the streaming service on January 29.</p>

<p class=""><a href="http://www.bossaudio.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">BOSS Audio Systems</a> has launched the BOSS Audio wireless in-dash multimedia player, which the company says is the industry’s first completely wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto aftermarket multimedia unit by a U.S. brand.</p>

Among other things, it builds on the capabilities of iOS 14 and iPadOS 14.</p>

<p class="">Future HomePods (and perhaps HomePod minis, though this is less likely) will offer more visual feedback features, as hinted at in a new patent filing (number 20200393121) by Apple.</p>

<p class="">Oscar-winner Jared Leto is in early discussions to star in the Apple TV+ series “WeCrashed<em>,” </em>an adaptation of the popular podcast, reports <a href="https://deadline.com/2020/12/jared-leto-apple-series-wecrashed-1234620606/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Deadline</a>. The article says the deal is far from being finalized and may not go forward but that discussions are ongoing.</p>
