Judge tosses lawsuit against Apple and M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘Servant’ series

<p class="">Federal judge John Walter has tossed out a copyright suit against Apple and Servant director/executive producer M. Night Shyamalan, reports <a href="https://variety.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Variety</a>. The lawsuit claimed that the Apple TV+ series <em>Servant </em>is a facsimile of Francesca Gergorini's 2013 film, <em>The Truth About Emanuel.</em></p>

Tile wants the European Commission to investigate Apple’s business practices

<p class="">The <a href="https://www.ft.com/content/a08627c5-61d6-4513-9e7e-acac6b1ba862" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Financial Times</a> reports that, in a letter sent to European competition commissioner Margrethe Vestager, California-based tracking app maker Tile argued that Apple was making it more difficult for users to operate its product on their smartphones compared to Apple's own rival application, FindMy, by selectively disabling features that allow for seamless user experience.</p>

Apple needs LG Display to supply iPad panels ‘fast’

<p class="">Apple has recently asked LG Display to supply LCD panels for the iPad “fast,” reports <a href="http://www.businesskorea.co.kr/news/articleView.html?idxno=46644" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Business Korea</a>.
