PRMac shutting down on April 30

<p class="">Another Apple-related website has bitten the dust. Last month <a href="https://appleworld.dreamhosters.com/blog/2020/3/6/the-dead-zone-more-apple-sites-bite-the-dust?rq=MacSurfer" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">it was announced</a> in that MacSurfer was shutting down. Now <a href="http://www.prmac.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">PRMac</a>, the only Mac public relations site in existence, is shutting down April 30.</p>

Apple could be looking to expand into HomeKit products

<p class="">Apple has applied for a patent (number 10,630,500) for "selection of a coordinator device for an automated environment" that hints that it may be considering its own line of “smart home” products. Or the patent could simply involve more HomeKit features and increased cooperation with third party product suppliers.</p>

Apple has 44% of the tablet Applications Processor market

<p class="">The global tablet Applications Processor (AP) market grew 2% year-over-year to reach $1.9 billion, according to a new report from <a href="http://www.strategyanalytics.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Strategy Analytics</a>. Apple purportedly looks to increase iPhone production by 4% over the next year
