Judge tosses lawsuit against Apple and M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘Servant’ series

<p class="">Federal judge John Walter has tossed out a copyright suit against Apple and Servant director/executive producer M. Tile wants the European Commission to investigate Apple’s business practices

Apple needs LG Display to supply iPad panels ‘fast’
