<p>Fourteen former and current Foxconn employees have been sentenced to prison for jailbreaking and selling more than 9,000 iPhones bought from the US and selling them for higher prices in China, according to Tencent Tech, the technology news section of Tencent, a major Chinese web portal. </p>

PC shipments to shrink through 2016 (but you can expect the Mac to defy the trend)

<p style="margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px">Global shipments of PCs — as in "personal computer" as opposed to Windows computers — will fall by -8.7% in 2015 and not stabilize until 2017, according to the latest data from <a target="_blank" href="http://www.idc.com" rel="noopener noreferrer">International Data Corp</a>. However, the Sellers Research Group (that's me) says the Mac will defy this trend</p>

AWT News Update: August 25, 2015

<p>According to new data from the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.idc.com" rel="noopener noreferrer">International Data Corporation</a>, smartphone shipments are expected to grow 10.4% in 2015 to 1.44 billion units. This is lower than IDC's previous smartphone forecast of 11.3% year-over-year growth in 2015. </p>

How to enable “Save As” in Mac OS X Yosemite

<p>Once upon a time it was easy to save a document with a new name in Mac OS X as the "Save As" appeared automatically under the File option in appropriate apps (such as Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and TextEdit). For some reason Apple hid it starting with Mac OS X Lion.</p>
