<p>Apple supplier Hon Hai Precision Industry, better known as Foxconn Technology Group, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-06-22/foxconn-s-terry-gou-vows-to-keep-pursuing-a-toshiba-deal" rel="noopener noreferrer">plans</a> to invest $10 billion across the U.S. states starting with a $7 billion display-making plant.</p>

<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.punchh.com" rel="noopener noreferrer">Punchh</a> — a cloud-based technology platform that builds “engagement, loyalty and superior, customized experiences in the restaurant industry” has announced that Apple Pay users visiting participating restaurants will soon be able to not only pay for their purchases, but earn and redeem rewards and loyalty points using Apple Wallet.</p>

<p>iPhones could someday change the pace of the music you’re listening to depending on your mood and behavior. Apple has been granted a patent (number 20170177295) for “music synchronization arrangement.” It could also apply to the Apple Watch, but the smartphone seems the mostly likely candidate.</p>

<p>Want to buy a graphics chip company? Imagination Technologies, the British company that designed the graphics chips used in iOS devices, is for sale after losing 70% of its value after being ditched by its Apple, its biggest customer, reports <a target="_blank" href="http://www.reuters.com/article/us-imagination-tech-apple-sale-idUSKBN19D0H8?feedType=RSS&feedName=technologyNews&utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+reuters%2FtechnologyNews+%28Reuters+Technology+News%29" rel="noopener noreferrer">Reuters</a>.</p>

<p>Apple’s first retail outlet in Taiwan will open for business on Saturday, July 1.
