Denmark: Apple’s enters into an ‘ambitious agreement’ with the University of Aarhus

<p>Apple has followed up on its promise last year to build a data center in Denmark with an “ambitious agreement” with the University of Aarhus (pictured) on a new biogas research and development partnership, according to <a target="_blank" href="http://cphpost.dk/news/business/apple-investing-billions-in-denmark.html" rel="noopener noreferrer">CPH Post Online</a>. Foulum is a small town outside of Viborg where Aarhus University’s agricultural research facilities are located.</p>

Rumor (and my take on it): Apple will ship four sizes of the iPad Pro in the spring

I think the report/rumor is only partially correct.</p>

Apple’s Angela Ahrendts gets tweaked job title

<p>As noted by <a target="_blank" href="http://www.macrumors.com" rel="noopener noreferrer">MacRumors</a>, Apple updated its <a href="http://www.apple.com/pr/bios/">leadership page</a> this weekend to reflect a tweak to Angela Ahrendts' title, which has been simplified to "Senior Vice President, Retail" as "Online Stores" has been dropped. </p>

Patent trollin’: Apple ordered to pay VirnetX $302 million

<p>A jury in Tyler, Texas <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-10-01/virnetx-wins-302-4-million-trial-against-apple-in-texas">ruled Friday</a> that Apple infringed on two of VirnetX's patents related to its FaceTime calling feature, ordering Apple to pay $302.4 million.</p>

New Webfonts added to 1000 OpenType Fonts

<p>28bit Technologies has rolled out 1000 OpenType Fonts 4.0 on the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.macappware.com" rel="noopener noreferrer">MacAppware website</a> and the <a target="_blank" href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/1000-opentype-fonts-commercial/id664501556" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mac App Store</a>. This font collection includes 240 unique font family styles, with a total of 1,000 fonts in all. </p>

Pixel Film Studios releases ProClone for Final Cut Pro X
