<p>Caleb Sasser, the co-founder of Panic, which makes macOS and iOS apps, <a target="_blank" href="https://twitter.com/cabel/status/940669442165415936" rel="noopener noreferrer">has tweeted</a> that the iMac Pro features some new Apple custom silicon: the T2 chip, which makes it the most secure Mac desktop ever.</p>

Announced in June, with its 27-inch Retina 5K display, next generation Intel Xeon processors up to 18 cores, up to 22 Teraflops of graphics computation, up to 16GB of VRAM, up to 128GB of memory, built-in Ethernet, and support for one billion colors, it’s most powerful Mac ever made. </p>
<p>I don’t think this is true, but if it is it’s one of the dumbest moves Apple could make: Apple is preparing to end music download offerings on the iTunes Store, perhaps within two years.</p>
