Apple Pay is coming to vending machines across Canada

<p>More good news for Apple Pay: the Canadian National Vending Alliance (CNVA), a coalition of the largest vending operators across Canada, has partnered with <a target="_blank" href="http://www.payrange.com" rel="noopener noreferrer">PayRange</a> to bring mobile payment — including Apple’s mobile payment system — across 100% of its vending machines coast-to-coast.</p>

It’s Total War: Warhammer time for the Mac this fall

<p>In a note to clients — obtained by <a target="_blank" href="http://appleinsider.com/articles/16/08/05/apples-iphone-7-plus-predicted-to-face-supply-constraints-due-to-new-dual-lens-camera" rel="noopener noreferrer">AppleInsider</a> — RBI Capital Markets Analyst Amit Daryanani says introducing an entirely new dual-lens camera system in the larger 5.5-inch variant of this year's iPhone upgrade, Apple could struggle with demand for the so-called "iPhone 7 Plus.” Of course, product shortages for new Apple smartphones are par for the course.</p>

Apple scoops up machine learning platform for developers and data scientists

<p style="margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px"><a target="_blank" href="http://www.geekwire.com/2016/exclusive-apple-acquires-turi-major-exit-seattle-based-machine-learning-ai-startup/" rel="noopener noreferrer">GeekWire is reporting</a> that Apple has bought <a href="https://turi.com/">Turi</a>, a "machine learning platform for developers and data scientists.” The price tag is a reported $200 million.</p>
