<p>As noted by <a target="_blank" href="https://www.marketwatch.com/story/apple-market-cap-hits-900-billion-2017-11-08" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>MarketWatch</em>,</a> Apple is the first publicly traded U.S. company to reach a $900 billion market capitalization. The tech giant passed the mark for the first time in intraday trade Wednesday.</p>

<p>Sonnet Technologies is shipping its <a target="_blank" href="http://www.sonnettech.com/product/egfx-breakaway-box.html" rel="noopener noreferrer">eGFX Breakaway Box</a> with 550-watt power supply. It’s the latest in the company's series of Thunderbolt 3 to PCI Express (PCIe) eGPU expansion chassis for professional graphics and gaming applications.</p>

<p>Apple has been granted a patent (number 9,813,479) for a web browser with a  video display history. It involves, of course, Safari on macOS and iOS.</p>

<p>Another day, another lawsuit. As noted by <a target="_blank" href="https://www.macrumors.com" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>MacRumors</em></a>, <a target="_blank" href="http://corephotonics.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer">Corephotonics</a>, an Israeli maker of dual-lens camera technologies for smartphones, has filed a lawsuit against Apple, alleging that the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 8 Plus infringe upon four of its patents. The patents relate to dual-lens camera technologies appropriate for smartphones, including optical zoom and a mini telephoto lens assembly.</p>

<p>Minder Softworks has announced Photonium, a minimalist web browser for macOS (10.11 and higher). It offers the unique ability to view photos stored in Apple's Photos app in a separate pane. </p>

<p>Apple is indeed developing augmented reality (AR) glasses that will go on sale as soon as the end of 2019, Jeff Pu, an analyst at Yuanta Investment Consulting, told the <a target="_blank" href="https://asia.nikkei.com/Business/AC/iPhone-supplier-Catcher-Tech-to-make-augmented-reality-parts)" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>Nikkei Asian Review</em></a>. </p>

<p>Apple says the iPhone X will arrive in 13 additional countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa as well as Macau on Friday, Nov. 24.</p>
