Some iPhone X users find their smartphones don’t like the cold
<p>iPhone X users on <a target="_blank" href="https://www.reddit.com/r/iphone/comments/7bnann/iphone_x_screen_not_responsive_in_the_cold/" rel="noopener noreferrer">reddit</a> and <a target="_blank" href="https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/iphone-x-display-not-working-on-cold.2086455/" rel="noopener noreferrer">the <em>MacRumors</em> forums</a> have found that their smartphones immediately refuse to recognize some touch input when exposed to cool outdoor temperatures. There’s a software bug causing the issue, which Apple says will be addressed in an upcoming update. Apple issued this statement to <a target="_blank" href="http://www.loopinsight.com/2017/11/09/apples-response-to-iphone-x-screen-cold-weather-responsiveness/" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>The Loop</em></a>: </p>
