<p>India Prime Minister Narendra Modi is clearing the way for Apple to open its first retail store in the country after repeated delays, reports <a target="_blank" href="http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-07-20/india-said-to-clear-path-for-apple-to-open-first-retail-store)" rel="noopener noreferrer">Bloomberg</a>, quoting anonymous “people familiar with the matter.”</p>

TrendForce: iPhone production volume was up 13% in the second quarter thanks to the SE

<p>Worldwide smartphone production volume totaled around 315 million units in the second quarter, representing an 8.9% increase over the previous quarter and a marginal year-on-year increase of 3.2%, according to the latest report from <a target="_blank" href="http://www.trendforce.com" rel="noopener noreferrer">TrendForce.</a> Apple’s production volume was supported by sales of the iPhone SE, while Samsung saw a slight drop of 5%, adds the global market research firm.</p>

Poll says the iPhone 7 won’t be a hot seller (though I disagree)
