<p>Ireland's cabinet may be given more time to decide on whether to back the finance minister's recommendation that Dublin appeal the European Commission's ruling against its tax dealings with Apple, reports <a target="_blank" href="http://www.reuters.com/article/us-eu-apple-ireland-idUSKCN116136" rel="noopener noreferrer">Reuters</a>.</p>

<p>Griffin Technology has announced its <a target="_blank" href="http://griffintechnology.com/us/itrip-clip-bluetooth-headphone-adapter)" rel="noopener noreferrer">iTrip Clip</a>, a Bluetooth audio adapter that converts any pair of wired headphones to wireless headphones. This could come in handy if the “iPhone 7” does indeed ditch the traditional audio jack as rumors claim. </p>

<p>Mirle Automation, a Taiwanese firm, has developed equipment for making a 3D curved glass chassis, and has entered the supply chain for the 2017 iPhone series, according to a <a target="_blank" href="http://www.digitimes.com/news/a20160830PM201.html" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>Commercial Times</em> report</a>.</p>

<p>True North Software has debuted Station 1.0, a multilevel (hierarchical) launcher for Mac OS X. It’s designed to help promote a more natural organization of applications and documents into folders. </p>

<p>Garmin has announced the <a target="_blank" href="http://garmin.com/virb" rel="noopener noreferrer">VIRB Ultra 30</a>, a waterproof action camera that can shoot Ultra HD footage at 4K/30fps or take 12-megapixel photos. It can also be used with Mac compatible software.</p>

<p>olloclip has unveiled announced the <a href="http://mambocomm.us3.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=97b849fffadda065b1382d426&id=24bd0d31e6&e=2a399ba615">Pivot</a>, a compact articulating grip optimized for mobile videography. iPhone compatible, it features an articulating hub that provides 225 degrees of rotation to ensure proper positioning.</p>

<p>ProtectStar has introduced <a target="_blank" href="https://www.protectstar.com/en/camera-guard" rel="noopener noreferrer">Camera Guard Professional 2016</a>, a safety software solution for Mac OS X. It’s designed to make sure that no hacker, spy or malware can observe you or listen in on you. </p>

<p>New findings from <a href="http://www.juniperresearch.com/home?utm_source=prnewswirepr&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=mobile_payments_16_PR1_prnewswirepr">Juniper Research</a> claim that the value of digital and physical goods purchased through mobile “OS-Pay” platforms will increase by fifteen times in the next two years.</p>

<p>I always have a soft spot in my reviewer's heart for "one trick ponies." Sometimes all I need from an app is one, single function. And for it to do it very well and simply, so that I can move on with my work.</p>
