Apple Music tops the J.D. Power 2016 Streaming Music Satisfaction Study

<p>Apple Music ranks highest among the streaming music brands included in the J.D. Power 2016 Streaming Music Satisfaction Study with an overall score of 834. Apple leads with the highest score in three of the six measures, performing particularly well in performance and reliability, content and ease of use. Rhapsody ranks second with an overall score of 826 and performs particularly well in the cost of service and communication measures.</p>

The Zorro Macsk shows why we don’t have touchscreen Macs

<p>Apple has consistently said it won’t release a touchscreen Mac. After test driving the $199 <a target="_blank" href="http://www.touchscreen.co.th/goods.php?id=9" rel="noopener noreferrer">Zorro Macsk</a>, I think that’s the right decision, at least for now. Described as the “first touchscreen for an iMac,” the solution has been around for a couple of years for a 21-inch Apple desktop, but now there’s a Macsk for the 27-inch all-in-one. </p>

Apple continues to lead in personal computer satisfaction

<p>Customer satisfaction with personal computers halts a three-year slide, according to new data from the <a href="http://www.theacsi.org/">American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI)</a>. The ACSI Household Appliance and Electronics Report 2016 includes desktops, laptops, and tablet computers, as well as household appliances, televisions and computer software.</p>
