Apple vs. Samsung battle goes to the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday

<p>Six years after Apple filed its first lawsuit alleging unauthorized copying of the iPhone, the Cupertino, California-based company will square off at the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday against Samsung. Lawsuits expand over iPhone 6 Plus ‘touch disease’ problem

Lawyers who filed a class action lawsuit against the company in California recently signed on three additional law firms to support their case. </p>

FBI wants access to another terrorist’s iPhone

<p>Here we go again, part II: the FBI wants another iPhone unlocked. Special agent Rich Thorton said that the FBI has obtained the iPhone of Dahir Adan, who stabbed 10 people in a Minnesota mall before a police officer shot and killed him, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.wired.com/2016/10/fbi-wants-crack-another-dead-terrorists-locked-iphone/" rel="noopener noreferrer">reports WIRED</a>. </p>

Court reinstates a $120 million jury award for Apple against Samsung

<p>Here we go again: a federal appeals court has reinstated a $120 million jury award for Apple against Samsung. The full slate of judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., said a previous panel of the same court should not have overturned the verdict in the case involving three iPhone technology patents last February.</p>

iPhone 7/7 Plus coming to India — but they’ll be pricey
