Former Apple attorney charged with insider trading
<p style="white-space:pre-wrap;">The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has charged Gene Levoff, Apple’s former vice president of corporate law with insider trading, according to <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2019/02/13/sec-files-insider-trading-lawsuit-against-former-apple-lawyer.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>CNBC</em></a>. Insider trading is the illegal practice of trading on the stock exchange to one's own advantage through having access to confidential information.</p>
