He says the first device will be a 2020 iPad Pro.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">In a note to clients — as noted by <a href="https://www.macrumors.com">MacRumors</a> — analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says the Apple Watch Series 6 will offer faster performance, improved water resistance, and improved wireless transmission for potentially faster Wi-Fi and cellular speeds. </p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">According to <a href="https://www.theinformation.com/articles/apple-eyes-2022-release-for-ar-headset-2023-for-glasses"><em>The Information</em></a>, Apple plans  to release an augmented-reality (AR) headset in 2022 and a sleeker pair of AR glasses by 2023.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Let the Apple Car rumors roll on. Apple has been granted a  patent (number 10,464,476) for “lighting systems of vehicle seats.”</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">On a regular basis, <em>Apple World Today </em>posts a list of notable new apps or app updates that have been released. They may not necessarily be new, but they're popular and deserve mention. Here are this week’s picks.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Actor Adam Scott will star in the Ben Stiller produced/directed thriller, <em>Severance</em>, planned for TV+, per <a href="https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/adam-scott-star-thriller-ben-stiller-apple-tv-1253365">The Hollywood Reporter</a>. It’s a workplace thriller set at Lumen Industries, a company looking to take work-life balance to a new level.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple has added another five games to its Apple Arcade, game streaming service that costs $4.99 per month. The new games are (along with Apple’s description): </p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple is teaming up with Uber Eats — American online food ordering and delivery platform — for a new Apple Pay promo: use Apple’s mobile payment service in the Uber Eats app — available at the Apple App Store — and get $5 off your order of $10 ore more through Nov. 8.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple shipped 46.6 million iPhones in the third quarter of 2019, which was a slight decline year-over-year but still better than most expectations, according to IDC. </p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple has filed for still another patent (number 20290339847) for an avatar creation user interface. It’s one of a half-dozen such patent filings.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Qualcomm says it expects 200 million 5G smartphones to be sold in 2020, including flagship devices launching next fall, a reference Wall Street took as a hint that Apple would offer the faster technology next year, according to <a href="https://www.reuters.com/article/us-qualcomm-5g/qualcomms-5g-phone-forecast-for-2020-could-include-iphones-analysts-idUSKBN1XH03Gx" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Reuters</a>.</p>
