Apple News Items You Should Check out: Sept. 15

Since I can’t cover everything, I like to offer a daily round-up of must-read articles from some other great websites. To wit:

° From AppleInsider: Apple’s vice president of health, Dr. Sumbul Desai, is heading to Lisbon, Portugal to speak at Web Summit 2022.

° From The Elec: Samsung Display is expected to gain more orders for the low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) OLED panels used in the top-tier iPhone 14 models.

° From Mixpanel: iOS 16 has been downloaded by 6.71% of users so far.

° From Cult of Mac: Benchmark tests done on the newly announced iPhone 14 Pro show that its Apple A16 processor offers far better performance than the Qualcomm Snapdragon chip in the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

° From MacVoices Live!: On the new episode, Joe Kissell continues the discussion of the next version of macOS and his new Take Control book, Take Control of Ventura. (Part 2)
