Apple’s next big thing? How about the Apple Hoverboard?

Forget the Apple Car. I want an Apple Hoverboard. Luxury automotive brand Lexus has partnered with experts in super conductive technology to create one of the most advanced hoverboards ever developed, so why not our favorite tech company?

The Lexus Hoverboard operates using magnetic levitation to achieve amazing frictionless movement, according to says Mark Templin, executive vice president at Lexus International. Liquid nitrogen cooled superconductors and permanent magnets combine to “allow Lexus to create the impossible,” he adds.

The Hoverboard features the iconic Lexus spindle grille signature shape and uses materials found in the luxury car brand, from the high tech to natural bamboo. Imagine how iconic an Apple Hoverboard would look.

Templin notes that the Lexus Hoverboard is a prototype and won’t be on sale. So, there you go, Apple. At the 2017 Worldwide Developer Conference, CEO Tim Cook announces “one more thing,” then Phil Schiller floats out on the Apple Hoverboard. It’ll bring down the house.
