Apple rolls out zero-interest iPhone financing plan for Apple Card owners

Apple has launched its promised zero-interest iPhone financing plan for Apple Card owners. But — darn it! — the installment program won’t replace the existing Apple Upgrade program, so apparently I can’t move my payments to Apple pay from Barclay’s (which does charge interest).

Oh well, with Apple’s zero-interest financing plan, you can buy a new iPhone set up a 24-month payment plan, and pay no interest. If you already have an Apple Card, there’s no additional application needed.

You get 3% Daily Cash back on the purchase price of your new iPhone. What’s more, you don’t have to wait two years to get it. Your Daily Cash is automatically added to your Apple Cash card in the Wallet app.

Apple Card Monthly Installments “live” alongside your everyday Apple Card purchases in the Wallet app. You can view info about your installment, including the remaining balance and your installment history.

Your monthly iPhone installment is automatically added to the minimum payment due on your Apple Card. So you have a single payment to make.zero-interest iPhone financing plan
