Apple places 22nd on the 2021 Best Company Outlook (Large Companies)

Apple places 22nd on the 2021 Best Company Outlook (Large Companies) list from Comparably.com, a firm whose mission is to “make workplaces transparent and rewarding for both employees and employers.”

The folks at Comparably say the list is based on anonymous employee feedback submitted to Comparably.com over the past 12 months. Rankings are derived from sentiment ratings provided by current employees about how confident they feel about the future success of their company and how likely they are to recommend working at their company to a friend (referred to as an eNPS or employee Net Promoter Score). All ratings were provided during the the toughest time of the COVID-19 pandemic (March 2020 through March 2021).

Apple won five Comparably awards in 2021 and nine awards in 2020. In 2021, Apple won for Best Product & Design Team 2021, Best Engineering Team 2021, Best Places to Work in the Bay Area 2021, Best Global Culture 2021 and Best Company Outlook 2021. In 2020, Apple won for Best Company for Diversity 2020, Best CEO 2020, Best Company Culture 2020, Best Company Perks & Benefits, Best Company Compensation, Best Company Happiness, Best Professional Development 2020, Best Leadership Teams 2020 and Best CEOs for Diversity 2020.

Based on 17,533 ratings and 1,035 participants, employees at Apple are satisfied with their work experience. The overall culture score, 73/100 or B+, incorporates employee ratings based on their feedback on the Work Culture, Team, Outlook and more.
