Another legal merry-go-round: man sues Apple for using carousels on its website

Another day, another lawsuit. Samuel Lit of Pennsylvania has filed a suit in the Northern Illinois District Court against Apple for using carousels on its website, reports AppleInsider.

He says the website contains various windows that cycle through new and upcoming projects and that this violates his U.S. patent (number 8,793,330) for and “information display system and method.” Lit is seeking royalties with interest.
