Amazon-made TVs will soon support Apple’s AirPlay and HomeKit

Amazon is now making its own TVs and has released its  Omni and 4-Series Fire TVs. As the 4K HDR sets start making their way to customers, Amazon is making one more last-minute announcement: it plans to add support for Apple’s AirPlay 2 and HomeKit features “soon,” according to The Verge.

Apple AirPlay support allows you to stream and share content directly from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac to your supported Roku device. With HomeKit, you can control your Roku device with your voice or by using the Home app and Siri on an iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, or HomePod.
