Addigy integrates BrightGauge for metrics, system-wide visibility

Addigy, a provider of cloud-based Apple device management software, has announced a new original equipment relationship with BrightGauge, a Continuum company, to integrate the company’s dashboard and reporting solutions with Addigy’s Apple Device Management software.

With the added capabilities, Addigy business customers can support operations and growth with real-time visibility across their entire computing environment, according to Addigy CEO Jason Dettbarn. BrightGauge Software allows for the display of business metrics in one location through the use of gauges, dashboards, and client reports. Used by more than 1,800 companies worldwide, BrightGauge integrates with popular business solutions on the market, including ConnectWise, Continuum, Webroot, QuickBooks, Datto, IT Glue, Zendesk, Harvest, Smileback, and now Addigy.

Utilizing BrightGauge with key performance indicators (KPIs), administrators can view top-level business metrics or zero in on system views. This provides the executive team and front-line support with data-driven insights, allowing the organization to perform at their best, according to Larry Garcia, chief revenue Officer, BrightGauge. Using the customizable report template, MSPs are able to show clients the value of the services provided using the dashboard and metrics, he adds.

Client reporting is purportedly simple to set up; each one can be automatically generated and filled with the data the client is interested in. BrightGauge is available for use with the Addigy Apple Device Management Platform immediately and is priced based on configuration. A free trial of Addigy is available at https://www.addigy.com/#signup-form
