You can use the Maps app in iOS 16 to find local points of interest when you’re traveling. You can locate, for instance, nearby restaurants, attractions, services, and more.
To do this using Siri, say something like, “Find an Indian restaurant” or “Find a movie theater.”
To do this without using Siri:
° Launch Maps.
° Tap the search field.
° Tap a category in the Find Nearby section of the search card.
° Enter something like “coffee shops” or “parks” in the search filed.
° Tap the Search Nearby result.
° To change the nearby area, drag the map.
Depending on what you look for, you may be able to apply more search criteria, tap a suggestion to get additional information, and more.
