Apple ranks second in the “Most Attractive Employers of 2022” list in the U.S. and number one globally. The list was compiled by Universum, an employee branding specialist.

The top 10 in the U.S. are Google, Apple, J.P. Morgan, Walt Disney Company, Goldman Sachs, Netflix, Tesla, Nike, Spotify, and Amazon. The top 10 globally are Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, L’Oreal Group, Deloitte, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Ernest & Young, and KPMG.

Universum says it works with over 2,000 universities, alumni groups, and professional organizations to gather insights from students and professionals in order to advise employers on how to attract and retain talent that fits their culture and purpose. On an annual basis, Universum surveys over 1,500,000 students and professionals worldwide. Qualities of the “most attractive companies” include competitive salaries, work-life balance, and flexible working.
