Let the Apple Car rumors roll on. Another executive from the car world has joined Apple’s automotive team: Gregory Baratoff, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says in his latest “Power On” newsletter.
He was most recently the vice president in charge of autonomous sensors at Hyundai MOBIS, a car parts supplier. Before that, he worked at the German automotive component maker Continental AG.
Gurman says that, at Apple, Baratoff is probably helping with the company’s self-driving sensors, one of the most important components in a self-driving car.
