Here are the most searched iPhone problems on Google

Have you ever wondered if other people suffer from the same excruciatingly frustrating iPhone issues that you do? The gang at Freedom Mobiles has compiled a list of over 130 keywords to find the most searched iPhone problems on Google.

The results are categorized by UK, U.S., and Global Search Volume to see if the issues vary by location, or if the same issues happen to all iPhones across the world. Here are the highlights from the report:

° The most searched iPhone issue around the world is “iphone is disabled connect to itunes”. This irritating problem has an average Global Search Volume of 42,000 monthly searches.

° The biggest iPhone issue the U.S. and UK have in common is difficulties getting their Face ID to work. With an average of 18,000 US monthly searches and 5,600 British searches per month, “face id not working” is the joint most searched iPhone problem in both the UK and US (joint with “forgot iphone passcode” in the US and “iphone not charging” in the UK).

° iPhones getting stuck on the Apple logo is a leading problem for users in both the U.S. and the UK. It’s the third most common issue in the U.S. and 5th in the UK.

° In the U.S., the most commonly searched iPhone issues are “forgot iphone passcode” and “face id not working” with 18,000 average monthly searches each.

° In the UK, iPhone users frequently search for “face id not working”, which can cause issues with unlocking your phone, using Apple Pay, and accessing secure apps.
