Notable apps and updates, Feb. 8

On a regular basis, Apple World Today posts a list of notable new apps or app updates that have been released. They may not necessarily be new, but they’re popular and deserve mention. Here are today’s picks.

iOS/iPadOS

FoneGeek has released OS System Recovery to fix all iOS/iPadOS/tvOS problems without turning to a technical specialist.

It offers two different modes (Standard mode and Advanced mode) to resolve different iOS problems. According to the folks at FoneGeek, the Standard mode helps to solve most common iOS system problems without losing any data. The Advanced mode aims to repair more serious iOS issues, but will erase all data on your device.

A free demo version is available here. Registration pricing starts at US$29.95 for a one-month plan that Dovers five devices and one personal computer.

macOS
