Apple has launched a new web page that lets you chat with Apple Specialists, set up financing and credit, order and track products for no-contact delivery, and trade-in an Apple product.
You can also access the company’s Genius Bar for service and support, which should be convenient with so many Apple retail stores closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The site also offers access to the “Today at Apple At Home” videos designed to “help you get creative at home.”
