InvisibleShield has announced InvisibleShield Glass+ VisionGuard specifically designed to protect users of the Apple 11-inch iPad Pro, 12.9-inch iPad Pro, and existing 9.7-inch iPad from the harmful effects of high-energy visible (HEV) blue light. It was named a CES 2019 Innovation Awards Honoree.
Whether at work, school, or home, people are using digital devices for business, educational, and entertainment purposes. As device use increases, so does exposure to HEV blue light. Overexposure may negatively affect eye health, especially in children according to Steve Bain, general manager for InvisibleShield.

The precision surface finishing process provides maximum scratch protection and oil-resistance and prevents fingerprint smudges from accumulating, Bain says.
