In a note to clients — as noted by 9to5Mac — RBC Capital analyst Amit Daryanani says the upcoming iPhone X Plus will start at $999, while the refreshed iPhone X itself will start at $899 (a drop of $100).
He predicts that Apple’s 2018 iPhone lineup will start at “$700+” for the 6.1-inch LCD model, while the 5.8-inch OLED model could start at $899. Rounding out the lineup is the iPhone X Plus, which Daryanani predicts will start at $999. According to the Sellers Research Firm (that’s me), that pricing structure makes sense.
