Apple is expected to announce new products later this month, most likely between Monday, March 20 and Friday, March 24, according to MacRumors.com, quoting “reputable supply chain analysts … who wish to remain anonymous.”
Those sources didn’t disclose which products it expects Apple to announce, but high on the list is a trio of new iPad Pros, including an all-new 10.5-inch model with slimmer bezels and updated 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch versions.
Of course, it’s always possible (fingers crossed) that we could see new iMacs announced. On the other hand, it’s unusual for Apple to unveil new tablets without a media event, as it has done the past four years.
Plus, my AWT compadre, Steve Sande, has predicted an Apple event for April 4. Wouldn’t it be cool if Apple unveiled new iPad Pros next week, THEN held an April 4 media event to introduce some new iMacs, including, perhaps an “iMac Pro”?
