Splash44 Case offers good all-around protection for an iPhone 7/7 Plus

If you need to protect your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus from water and other liquids, Dog & Bone’s Splash44 Case is a viable option.

Specially designed membranes and the charging port plug help protect the smartphone from liquid damage. The Splash44 utilizes a two-part design, employing a bumper and tempered glass impact screen, which makes it not only water resistant, but also “drop proof” up to 6.6 feet.

Installing the Splash44 is simple. Just place your iPhone 7 or 7 Plus inside and secure the glass. The case is less than 10mm thick, so it allows you to enjoy the thin styling of the Apple smartphone while providing decent, all-round protection. It also allows complete access to the ports and controls on your iPhone.

The Splash 44 is available in Clear/Orange, Clear/Black, Clear/Pink, and Clear/Purple flavors. The iPhone 7 model costs $54.95; the Phone 7 Plus version is $59.95.

Keep in mind that the Splash44 is designed to protect your smartphone against splashes and spills, not submersion. If you need total waterproof protection, you need Dog & Bone’s WetSuit ImPact case ($79.95 to $89.95), which I’ll be test driving soon.
