Where’s the News app for macOS Sierra?

I am very pleased with what I saw in the macOS portion of the WWDC keynote. However, I would have liked to have seen a macOS version of the News app that’s available on iOS devices.

Beside Continuity functionality, I’d love to be able to read news articles and magazine subscriptions on my iMac or MacBook. Last fall, Apple introduced its News app that lets users read news from a variety of publishers. And iOS 10 will come with a redesigned News app that automatically curates stories into easy to access sections. The app can also serve breaking news updates. I want that on my Mac.
