Shipping times for the iPhone Duo have slipped to mid-December or later.

Apple is now accepting pre-orders for the iPhone Duo through its online storefront and Apple Store app. However, when I checked at 7:15 (Central) the shipping times have already slipped to December 8 or afterwards.

The iPhone Duo is available in star white and night sky with prices starting at US $1,999 or $83.29 per month for 24 months, in 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB storage capacities.

According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, iPhone Duo buyers who buy the smartphone at an Apple Store in the US, they’ll get a little special customization help.

“Fun little touch for the iPhone Duo launch: Apple retail stores will have a system to customize the boot of the device with the buyer’s name so it says “Hello, Mark” (for example) when it turns on for the first time. (US only, Duo only, English and Spanish),” he said in an X post.
