How to use Natural language in macOS 27’s Calendar

You can use natural language event creation in macOS 27’s Calendar app powered by Apple Intelligence.

You can use natural language event creation in macOS 27’s Calendar app powered by Apple Intelligence. Let’s look at how to use it.

  • Type a description: Open the Calendar app and start typing your event details in plain English (for example, “meeting at 2 p.m. with Eric on July 14” or “lunch with Rachel, Guillermo, and Nisha on Thursday”).
  • Automatic parsing: Apple Intelligence automatically detects and fills in people, dates, times, and locations as you type.
  • Edit descriptions: You can edit the text description of an existing event (such as changing a “lunch meeting” to a “coffee chat”), and Calendar will update the details automatically.
  • Use Siri: You can also talk or type naturally to Siri to add, update, or search across your calendar events and reminders.
