It’s pretty easy to enable parental controls on macOS Tahoe by using Screen Time in System Settings. Here’s how:
° Open System Settings: Click the Apple menu () > System Settings (or System Preferences).
° Click Screen Time in the sidebar.

° Click the Family Member pop-up menu, then choose a child. If you don’t see the Family Member pop-up menu, make sure you’re signed in to your Apple Account and using Family Sharing.
° Click Set Up Screen Time For Your Child.
° Click Continue, then follow the onscreen instructions.
During the setup process, you can set content restrictions, turn on Communication Safety, turn on Screen Distance, turn on App & Website Activity, set time away from screens, and create a four-digit Screen Time passcode.> Set Up Screen Time For Your Child, then follow the prompts to create their Apple ID and set up controls.
