How to close an app on an iPhone 

To close an app on an iPhone, you can swipe up on the app's preview in the App Switcher (pictured). You can also close an app if it's not responding by force quitting it. 

To close an app on an iPhone, you can swipe up on the app’s preview in the App Switcher (pictured). You can also close an app if it’s not responding by force quitting it. 

To close an app using the App Switcher 

° Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.

° Pause in the middle of the screen.

° Swipe right or left to find the app you want to close.

° Swipe up on the app’s preview.

To force quit an app

° Open the App Switcher.

° Swipe right to find the app.

° Swipe up on the app

To reopen an app 

° Go to the Home Screen or App Library.

° Tap the app.
