4K HDR content begins popping up on iTunes

Apple has started introducing 4K HDR movies on the iTunes Store. You’ll be able to buy or stream the content on the new Apple TV 4K set-top box, which can be ordered now and is due to arrive next Friday — if you’re lucky.

Not all titles are yet available in the 4K HDR format and not in all regions. Apple is beginning the roll-out in the U.S. And, as noted by AppleInsider, notification of support isn’t yet system wide; some movies display “4K” and “Dolby Vision” icons on iOS, but lack those assets on macOS.
