The iPhone 18e will be a lot like the iPhone 17e with few changes, the leaker known as “Fixed Focus Digital” claims in a new Weibo post.
The iPhone 18e is expected to arrive in the first half of 2027 along with a standard (ie, non-Pro) iPhone 18 and a second generation iPhone Air. It will have a 60Hz display but could get an upgraded front-facing camera, the leaker known as “Digital Chat Station” said in a October 27 post on Weibo.
He/she added that the smartphone may sport a 6.12-inch OLED display using low-temperature polycrystalline silicon (LTPS) technology, the A20 chip, and a single 48-megapixel rear camera. As for the front-facing camera, Digital Chat Station said it might be upgraded to 24 megapixels.
