Apple has announced the AppleCare One Family for U.S. customers. It extends AppleCare coverage to every eligible device across an Apple Family Sharing group of up to six people for a monthly price.
“AppleCare One Family covers every eligible device for up to six people,” Apple says. “After you sign up, easily add devices straight from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, including most devices less than four years old and in good working condition.” Apple also mentions that “new devices are automatically added, and the price stays the same.”
AppleCare One is available now for $49.99 per month. This includes:
- All AppleCare+ benefits, with theft and loss coverage for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
- Covers devices for up to six people in your Family Sharing group, including yourself.
- Six total claims per year with Family.
