Future iteration of Apple’s Fitness+ may have live content

Apple is hiring a Studio Producer for its Fitness+ service with a background in live production the hints at live content in a future version of the service, notes MacRumors.

A new job listing says Apple is looking for an experienced Studio Producer to oversee and manage original and engaging content for Apple Fitness+. The producer will be responsible for creating and maintaining the schedule for all Fitness+ content and events. This person will work with the Studio Production Team and Content Producers to ensure that all video assets are scheduled and captured throughout the day. Additionally, the producer will schedule daily responsibilities for Fitness+ members including the Fitness+ Trainers’ rehearsal schedules. 

Apple says this person will also be responsible for being the main point of contact for special guests in Studio Workouts and Meditations, and scheduling ancillary events for the entire Fitness+ Studio including the Fitness+ trainers. The producer will help coordinate and support partnership initiatives with brands, organizations, and collaborators both within the broader Apple ecosystem and beyond it. Additionally, he/she will produce assets for partners, mainly video content that involves tight timelines and several different stakeholders.
