To use it:

° Open the Health app, tap Browse, and select Sleep. You will see a new Sleep Highlight that lists your current, or daily, night’s bedtime and your average bedtime over the past two weeks.

° Use this data to see if your, or the, daily bedtimes are drifting earlier or later than your normal schedule.

°  In the same Health app, you can check the Vitals section to see how your average bedtime compares with other data like, such as, respiratory, or breathing, rate, and, or, blood oxygen levels.
