The Apple Maps Library in iOS 18 and later centralizes saved places, guides, and pinned locations for quick access. Let’s look at how to use it.
° Open Apple Maps, tap a blank area to show the search card, and tap your profile picture to find Library.
° Search for a place, view its card, and tap the + (plus) icon to add it to your Library.
° When looking at a place card, tap the “More” button (three dots), then select Add a Note to save the place and a note together.
° Select Guides in the library to see saved collections or create new ones to organize trips.
° Select Places in the library, tap the three-dot icon next to a location, and select Delete from Library.
You can also use the Library to view pinned locations, and these saved places and guides sync via iCloud across your Apple devices.
