Apple Vision ProDaily Tips

What do to if your Apple Vision won’t power up

If your Apple Vision Pro won’t power up, first ensure the battery is charged for at least 30 minutes using a 30W+ charger.

Disconnect and firmly reconnect the magnetic power cable, ensuring it locks into place. Finally, force a restart by holding the top button and Digital Crown simultaneously for 5–10 seconds. The LED on the battery connector should pulse, then turn solid. If this doesn’t work, unplug the cable from the battery pack and plug it back in.

If the device was unused for 48 hours (or 24 hours on older visionOS), it may have shut down automatically. In some cases you may have to force restart your Vision Pro. Here’s how:

° Press and hold both the top button (capture button) and the Digital Crown at the same time.

° Keep holding until the display turns black and the Apple logo appears.

If the battery isn’t responding, try a different USB-C cable and adapter. If that doesn’t work, inspect the cable for damage or frays.

And if that doesn’t work, sadly, you’ll have to

contact Apple Support for a possible replacement.
