Apple releases Sales Coach app to replace its SEED app

Apple has debuted a new Sales Coach app for the iPhone and iPad.

Apple has debuted a new Sales Coach app for the iPhone and iPad.

It replaces  the former SEED app. Designed for Apple Store and Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) employees, Sales Coach provides training resources and information useful for Apple device sales, notes MacRumors. Employees can get instant information on specific ‌iPhone‌ capabilities, details on how different software features work, and more, across all of Apple’s products.

Sales Coach has two big changes from the the SEED app. It boasts an AI chatbot to provide employees in both reseller stores that are authorized and Apple Stores with product info and tips for sales. It also has the (controversial) Liquid Glass Design.
