Apple is launching a new February Apple Watch activity challenge.
Apple Watch owners can earn a special award by completing a workout to fill their Exercise ring on Valentine’s Day (Saturday, February 14). The Heart Month challenge will be accompanied by an award that can be viewed in the Fitness app as well as a series of animated stickers that can be used in the Messages app.
February is American Heart Month, a nationwide observance that spotlights cardiovascular disease and the need for more lifesavers. First proclaimed in 1964 by President Lyndon BB. Johnson, American Heart Month began as a national call to take charge of your heart health—a mission that continues today. Join the Nation of Lifesavers and learn CPR today.
